Lamera has a new guitarist!



 

We would like to announce a line-up change. Christo, who has been with the band for almost three years now has decided to leave the band. No drama happened. Everything is cool. We're still best friends. He just didn't have the time any more to give the band the support he would have liked to give. So please keep supporting him with his second band, "Fall in Grace"! They will release their new record this month.

 

We were lucky and could find a new guitarist really quick. Tom knew him from the recording of the "Death" cover song "Zero Tolerance", which you can find on Youtube. His name is Pascal Olejnik. He is an extremely cool cat and an extremely skilled guitarist. So welcome Pascal in the band! He will play his first show with us in Wiesloch on the 23rd of March.

 

 

Wir wollten euch eine Besetzungswechsel bei Lamera bekannt geben. Unser langjähriger Gitarrist, Christo hat sich dafür entschieden, die Band zu verlassen. Kein Angst, keine Drama ist passiert. Wir sind nach wie vor beste Freunde. Christo hatte einfach nicht mehr genug Zeit, um Lamera die Aufmerksamkeit und Zeit zu geben, die er wollte. Also bitte unterstützt weiterhin seine Band "Fall in Grace"! Die Jungs bringen diesen Monat ihre neue CD raus.

 

Wir hatte Glück bei der Suche nach einem neuen Gitarristen. Tom kannte ihn noch von einer Aufnahme des "Death" Coversongs "Zero Tolerance", der auf Youtube zu finden ist. Sein Name ist Pascal Olejnik. Ein extrem cooler Typ, der dazu noch ein unglaublich talentierter Gitarrist ist.  Also heiß Pascal in der Band willkommen! Lamera chosen for Baden-Metal Sampler!

One surprise song from our new album "Mechanically Separated" was selected for the Baden-Metal CD sampler! Release (most likely): end of 2012

 

Geile Sache: Lamera wird Mannheim lautstark auf dem Baden-Metal Sampler vertreten. Die CD wird einen Song unserer neuen Scheibe "Mechanically Separated" beinhalten".

New bassist!

Who's that guy? Answer: Lamera's new bassist!

 

After 6 years in the band, Matej decided to leave the band. No drama, no fight within the band. Other things in his life just became more important than making music. We will still party with him!

 

So everyone: Please welcome Robert as the new guy on the bass. Some of you might have seen his face already. Robert used to be the bassist of Mannheims new metal heroes "VP-1". He already joined us a couple of times at band practice proved that he kicks some ass on the bass! You will have the chance to see him perform with us on stage at the Phönix Festival on July 21st in Mannheim!
